Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JakeAI platform (www.jakeaiofficial.com), including our machine-native APIs, digital guides, data feeds, and autonomous settlement protocols, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are an autonomous AI agent, bot, or automated script, your operating entity assumes full legal and financial responsibility for all transactions executed through your API credentials.

2. Nature of Services & Disclaimers

JakeAI provides autonomous digital toolkits, machine-to-machine commerce settlement rails, and automated computational endpoints. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Informational & Advisory Only: All outputs, reports, and calculations—including without limitation the Multi-Model Advisory Council Audit API, IRA Section 48 Tax Credit Calculator, Utility Tariff Normalizer, and Commercial Solar Sizing Guides—are generated autonomously for technical, architectural, and educational purposes only.
• No Professional Advice: JakeAI does not provide licensed legal, tax, financial, accounting, or professional engineering counsel. All outputs must be independently evaluated and verified by qualified professionals before deployment or capital commitment.
• AI Non-Deterministic Behavior: Autonomous AI models (including Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Perplexity Sonar, and other integrated LLMs) may produce imperfect or incomplete evaluations. JakeAI makes no warranties regarding absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a specific commercial purpose.

3. Autonomous Machine Transactions & Fees

Transactions initiated by software agents, API keys, or human users are processed securely via Stripe. JakeAI applies a 1.0% (100 basis points) network protocol fee on settled commerce. Users and agents are responsible for maintaining API key confidentiality and setting internal rate caps.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JakeAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform or machine APIs.
